Aneurysm Treatment

We are the neurosurgical practice that truly cares for the whole of the patient.

Advanced spinal treatments. Expertise to take on the most challenging conditions. Holistic, humane care.

Intracranial aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) of the spinal cord and brain can threaten your health and life. Bleeding into the brain that occurs when a cerebral aneurysm ruptures can cause stroke (cerebrovascular accident or CVA), hydrocephalus, or vasospasms.

AVMs and aneurysms of the Central Nervous System (CNS) require advanced care. The timing and method of treatment are important to the success of your outcomes. There are a number of factors to be considered in making these decisions, which necessitates a high degree of neurosurgical training, skill and capability.

For AVMs, Dr. Dagam performs microsurgery and radiosurgery, either individually or in combination. For intracranial aneurysms, surgical clipping is most common. However, endovascular coil embolization may be needed for some cases.

Dr. Dagam is a highly trained, fully capable neurosurgeon for all tumors, lesions and malformations of the central nervous system. In practice since 1994, Dr. Dagam is one of Southeast Wisconsin’s finest and most qualified neurosurgeons. With years of surgery under his belt, you can be confident you are receiving the very best care from Dr. Dagam.

We provide a better care experience to produce a better outcome.

What Next?

“I have had a great experience with his staff. They were great to work with. I felt they really listened to what I had to say and then took care of my problems. Even after my surgery, I still can call for advice and they get back to me right away.”
